This is a familiar quote that resonates with many of us. We're fine, until we're not.
Often during times of life transition (death of a loved one, loss of a job, relationship problem, moving, change in family roles, etc.) stress along with anxiety, depression, physical symptoms or anger can manifest themselves. Suddenly we don't recognize who we are, how we're feeling and don't know how to get back on our path.
